What personal information do we collect in the app?

- At startup, you are asked to enter a name and take a photo to help you with your experience;
- When you send us a feedback letter, you are asked to provide your name and email address.

This information is not required for the app usage.

When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you:

- register in our app;
- respond to a survey;
- sign up for our newsletter;
- send a feedback.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you in the following ways:

- To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested;
- To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests;
- To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature;
- To send periodic emails regarding your order or other products and services.

How is the information being sent to us?

All data we collect is transmitted securely to our website by using cryptography (over HTTPS).

How can you delete your information?

The option "Reset app", called on a pet's device, will remove all associated data. Additionally, you can request the removal of your account and all information related to you by sending an email to harmonicsoft@gmail.com.

An alternative way to request your account removal is to fill and submit a contact form in this mobile application (Drawer menu - Feedback).

Your account and all associated information will be completely removed within a business day after your request. You will get the account removal confirmation by e-mail.

Non-personally identifiable information

We collect non-personally identifiable information about the app usage and use it in the following ways:

- To improve the app user experience;
- To analyze the app usage;
- To update the ranking of our product offerings.

Sensitive permissions in the mobile app

The mobile app asks your permission to access Camera and Microphone to provide you with the communication services.

Video and audio streaming data is sent securely to our communication gateway. Streaming data are neither recorded nor shared with third parties.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when it’s release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Android Advertising ID

The app uses Android Advertising ID via third-party libraries provided by Firebase solely for advertising personalization and user analytics in accordance with Firebase terms and privacy policy.

Android Advertising ID is not connected to personally-identifiable information or associated with any persistent device identifier (for example: SSAID, MAC address, IMEI, etc.) unless otherwise stated in the Firebase privacy policy. Firebase is a third party and we have no responsibility or liability for the services provided by this third party.

Advertising personalization is not required by the app. You can turn off advertising personalization by using Android’s “Opt out of Interest-based Advertising” or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” settings.

Google

Google’s advertising requirements can be summed up by Google’s Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users.

We use Google Ads in our app.

Users can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page. Alternatively, you can opt out by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative Opt Out page or by using the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser add on.

CAN-SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

We collect your email address in order to:

- Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions;
- Process orders and to send information and updates pertaining to orders;
- Send you additional information related to your product and/or service;
- Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred.

To be in accordance with CAN-SPAM, we agree to the following:

- Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses;
- Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way;
- Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters;
- Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used;
- Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly;
- Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, please follow the instructions at the bottom of each email. We will promptly remove you from ALL correspondence.
